Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the NexusVoid VAPT platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including paying customers and free-tier users.

2. Description of service

NexusVoid provides automated vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT) for web applications. Upon payment, we deploy 150+ attacking agents against the domain you specify, aggregate findings, and deliver a professional PDF security report. Scans follow the OWASP Web Security Testing Guide (WSTG) v4.2, PTES, and NIST SP 800-115 methodologies.

3. Authorization and responsible use

By initiating a scan, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the domain/application being tested, OR
• You have written permission from the domain owner to conduct security testing.
• You will not use the Service to test systems you do not have authorization to test.
• You will not use scan results to conduct unauthorized attacks against any third party.

NexusVoid reserves the right to terminate accounts and report to law enforcement any use of the platform to conduct unauthorized security testing.

4. Domain verification

We require domain ownership verification before executing any scan. This is a mandatory safeguard. Attempting to bypass domain verification is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Payment and pricing

• All purchases are one-time payments. There are no recurring subscriptions.
• Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• Payment is processed via Razorpay. We do not store payment card details.
• Scan credits (bundles) expire 12 months from purchase date.

6. Refund policy

See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: full refunds are available if the scan has not started within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds once a scan has initiated.

7. Service availability and SLA

We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scans are processed on a best-effort basis. If a scan fails to complete due to a platform error, we will re-run the scan at no additional charge or issue a full refund at your election.

8. Report accuracy and limitations

Automated scanning, even with 150+ attacking agents, cannot guarantee detection of all vulnerabilities. Our reports reflect the findings of our automated toolchain at the time of testing and should not be considered a substitute for a full manual penetration test for highly regulated environments (finance, healthcare, etc.). We make no warranty of completeness or fitness for any specific compliance purpose.

9. Intellectual property

You own the scan results and PDF report we deliver to you. NexusVoid retains all rights to its platform, algorithms, toolchain, and methodology. You may not resell or redistribute our software, platform, or methodology without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusVoid's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the scan in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexusVoid and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
